Summer/Pre-Season Training
The Colts will begin their summer training programme on Tuesday 2nd
June and every week on Tuesdays in June. In July Training will
increase to Tuesdays and Thursdays and continue throughout August.
The focus on training in June will be light, some fitness and touch
rugby, the intensity will increase in July for both fitness and
rugby. Then in August the focus will be towards rugby, in terms of
set piece/team play and positional specialisations. For more
